PAYMENT TERM FOR WHOLESALER/IMPORTER

SELLING TERM IS EX-WORKS.  We usually sell ex-works prices which do not include export clearance, customs handling, air/sea freight
and import tax. For other terms e.g. FOB, C&F, please let us know.

PayPal Payment.  Customers can pay easily and securely online through our PayPal Payment Wizard. We will send the secure payment link which will lead you directly to PayPal's website. This makes secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Major credit cards are accepted. We never ask your credit card number.  Please do not send us credit card details.

               - Transaction Fee:  PayPal fees 3.9% + 0.3 USD will be applied on every Paypal payment
              - Currency:  We accept US dollar.
              - Exchange rate:  PayPal's exchange rate will be applied. 

Western Union.  Send, transfer, receive money in a fast, convenient and reliable manner. Simply click the logo above to find your nearest Western Union's agents.

     - Transaction Fee:  Western Union's fees are paid by the sender.
     - To confirm your payment, please email us sender's full name, Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and transfer amount.

Bank Wire Transfer (T/T).  Customers can make payment by wire transfer to our bank account. We have accounts with Thailand leading commercial banks - Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) and Kasikorn Bank. Bank account information and SWIFT code will be given before payment.

      - Transaction fee:  Buyer and seller pay their own local bank charges. Please email us your bank transfer slip to confirm your payment.
      - Bank processing time usually takes about 3-7 days to actually receive your money. Please allow us a few days to verify your payment.

Our products are specifically made to order. Production of your order will start when we receive your full payment, unless agree otherwise.

SHIPPING TERM FOR WHOLESALER/IMPORTER

SHIPPING BY AIR.  There are 2 options - air courier and air cargo. Shipping by air is suitable for fast delivery and small to medium order. Transit time is 3-12 days to worldwide destinations.

Air freight is determined by actual weight against dimensional weight. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, charges based on the dimensional weight will be assessed.

Dimensional weight (volumetric weight) calculation used to determine the three-dimensional space the carton occupies. Each carrier may use different dimensional factors when calculating dimensional weight.

  General Calculation Formula: Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000 = Volumetric weight in kg.


 

Option 1.  Air Courier, for example FedEx, TNT, DHL, UPS

  • Service:  Door to door service which means direct delivery to your given address.
  • Transit time:  3-7 days (depend on destination)
  • Freight:  Apply the greater value either actual weight or dimensional weight.

Option 2.  Air Cargo is cheaper than air courier.

  • Service: Airport service which means delivery to your nearest international airport. You need customs broker or shipping agent to handle customs clearance, import tax and transport from the airport to your address.
  • Transit time:  3-12 days (depend on destination).
  • Freight:  Apply the greater value either actual weight or dimensional weight.

SHIPPING BY SEA.  Sea transport is the cheapest option which is suitable for medium to large order. Sea freight is based on actual cubic meter or CBM.  The minimum volume of a shipment is at least 1 CBM.   Calculation Formula: Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 1,000,000 = Volumetric in CBM.

  • Service:  Seaport service which means delivery to your nearest international seaport. You need customs broker or shipping agent to handle customs clearance, import tax and transport from the seaport to your address.
  • Transit time:  Depend on destination. See table below.
  • Freight:  Base on CBM (volume of shipment). Minimum sea freight is 1 cbm. or 3 cbm. for some destinations.

Shipment Damage & Claim Policy

We quality and quantity checks our products twice before shipping. We hire the professional shipping company to handle export packing, customs clearance and procedure. We make sure that your order are handled with great care.

When you receive your order, we recommend all shipments should be fully unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact for inspection by the carrier's agent.

Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier's receipt and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to do this will result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.

Refund, Replace & Return Policy

We wholesale hand-crafted products for business and re-sell. All products are specifically made to order. All sales are final. There is no money back guarantee. Products sold are not returnable and exchangeable.

We will refund or replace the missing and defective products only if they are proved to be our faults. If our products have been used or sold, the products are not eligible for refund, replace and return. The refund is given for the cost of the products only. Shipping and handling is non refundable. We reserve our right not to responsible for used or sold products.

Import Tax & Customs Clearance

If your countries do not have free trade agreement with Thailand, you may be charged import taxes that will be levied when your shipment arrive your country. Buyers are responsible for import tax and import customs clearance charge (if any).

Seller is responsible for export tax and export customs clearance. If your shipment do not pass import customs clearance, we will not be held responsible for any fees incurred.
