How do I place an order?

To place an order navigate to the item/s you would like via the links on the home page or at the bottom of each page. Select the colour you would like by clicking the round buttons then simply click the "add to cart" button. A new page will now open displaying your shopping cart, from here you can select the item quantity and then proceed to checkout. If you would like to purchase more items click the "continue shopping" button. All orders are proceesd by paypal which is 100% safe and secure, payments can be made via credit/debit card or your paypal account.

What if the item/s arrive damaged or faulty?

We test all items before they are sent and take extra care in packaging them so to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If however any of our items do reach you damaged or faulty we will offer you replacements or a full refund.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

If you wish to return your item/s for whatever reason please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. When the item/s have been returned, provided they are in the same good condition and original packaging we will then issue either a refund or exchange it for another item. Please note that If the item is returned damaged or in poor condition we cannot issue a refund.

If a refund is chosen, only the cost of the item is refunded, all postage costs are non-refundable.

Do you have a brochure?

We do not publish a brochure but all of our lights we have availble can be seen on our website.

Do you offer discounts?

We do offer occasional discounts and run special promotions, for more information on this please see our Promotion  page.

Do the lights work in my country

We provide the correct light string and plug for use in the country the lights are being sent to.

Can the lights be connected together?

No, the lights cannot be connected together.

Can the lights be had in different colour combinations?

Yes, the lights can be had in any combination of the colours we have available, please Contact us with your request.

Can the lights be used outside?

All of our lights are for indoor use only.
